April Extreme Dive Club Meeting – 2017 + A Special Recipe

Let’s set the stage… Tonight’s meal was Tacos. Megan came walking past me with a plate with quesadillas on it. I asked her where mine was and she and Jason said, over there, some assembly required. Thus, the recipe for a Cheese Quesadilla is born….. You can thank me later!

Step 1. Open the package of Flour tortillas.

Step 2. Place flour tortilla on your plate.

Step 3. Add cheese to half of the flour tortilla.

Step 4. Fold in half, then place in the microwave. 30 seconds to a minute.

Step 5. Remove from microwave, be patient and let cool a bit, then eat and enjoy!
