“That gives you opportunities for more things with more people…” I love that quote. Who said that? The diver I’m going to introduce you to today. Jennifer Marsh happens to be a “newer” diver. I say newer because she’s been certified for just a year. So I think you could agree, that’s newer, right? But that “gives you opportunities for more things…” The thing about SCUBA Diving is you meet a lot of different people with a lot of different backgrounds and we all just “fit” together as one big happy family. It’s the coolest thing! So without further ado, let me introduce you to Jennifer. Let’s all encourage her to dive with us more! She’s a lot of fun!!
Jennifer Marsh
How did you get started diving? A resort dive in Cancún, Mexico
How long have you been diving? Certified 1 year as of Memorial Day Weekend
How many dives do you make in a typical year? Oh geez, one so far. I plan on making that more.
What other hobbies do you have? Stain glass, gardening, woodworking, cooking
Where is your favorite place to dive? So far Cancún
What is your favorite piece of dive gear? The regulator. It delivers the air and allows you to be a part of that world for a longer amount of time than say snorkeling.
What is your occupation (broad, don’t’ include business names or anything, i.e. blogger, IT, etc)? Mechanical engineer
What is your favorite piece of dive gear you own? MK11/C350
Words of wisdom/tips or tricks for fellow divers? It’s always something I’ve wanted to do so I encourage people to try it to see if they like it. Then get involved with a group such as Extreme Sports Scuba (and I didn’t make her plug that!!). That gives you opportunities for more things with more people versus doing things by yourself!
